Holiday Giveaway 1: I wish cheese was a vegetable notebooks
Every year I think about doing giveaways, then the holidays come rolling through and before I know it it’s February. Well not this year, dang it! I’m so jazzed to announce our first (yes, there will be more!) giveaway! I recently ordered and designed my first Scout Books using my favorite print in our shop, “I wish cheese was a vegetable”. If you’d like a set of three of these pocket-sized truth tellers, just leave a comment stating what your favorite cheese is. To get things started, I’ll share mine: Gorgonzola Dolce—ohhh how I dream about that cheese.
The winner will be randomly selected next Monday. Be sure to check out our shop and use the discount code RQHOLIDAY for 15% off all orders of $50 or more.
***Congratulations to our winner, Andrea Zeng! I loved hearing everyone’s favorite cheese— I definitely have some new cheeses to try now! Keep an eye out this Wednesday for another giveaway! ***

Give me some salty Pecorino Romano any day–with or without pasta.
Ellie Delancey
I love love love Manchego. It’s a new favorite!
Shaheen
My current favourite cheese in Pecorino Romano. I also tasted this Norwegian cheese at school called Gjetost and I loved it. It’s like a cross between candy and cheese.
Brigitte
I must say humble cheddar always satisfies. I love trying new things though. I would have no trouble meeting my vegetable servings if this were true!
Christie
Parmesan.. real parmesan, I know it’s supposed to be used as a garnish, but sometimes I cut off a nice big slice and eat it plain.. It’s so strong and delicious!

Gee, that’s a hard one!!! Living in France I am spoiled. I think my favorites are sheep milk cheeses, like Manchego or Roquefort but a nice gooey goat cheese is also delicious! I just can’t say no to cheese. I would looove to win this giveaway!!
Shannon P.
I love good old marble cheese
growing up, I used to call it zebra cheese, but have recently heard of others calling it camouflage cheese or army cheese. My boyfriend and I go through an insane amount of cheese… it’s not fair that it tastes so good with absolutely everything!
Gillian
Gruyere! Nothing beats a simple fried egg sandwich with a slice of Gruyere!
chelsey k.
Parmesan! because it’s something everyone in my family will eat: )

Love the notebooks, so true!! It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I am always, always happy with some aged Gouda!! Prima Donna, Old Amesterdam, Parrano all yummy.
Michelle
Oh my! I love the smell of smoked gouda – the taste is even better!
Jill S
Gouda, it’s classic and it will always have my heart
Beth
I love aged Gouda, but we have an insanely expensive piece of cheese in our fridge right now that a friend brought to Thanksgiving that might be my new favorite. Too bad I don’t know what it is exactly.
Veronica
Triple cream brie. So delicious!

They’re all my favorite! But if I have to pick it would be Pecorino Romano lately
Those little notebooks are adorable, I really do wish cheese was a vegetable.
Andrea Zeng
Toscano!
Amy
Absolutely adore the black-walnut crusted aged goat cheese, the Nutcracker, from a lovely lil’ farm in rural PA, Yellow Springs Farm. Perfect holiday treat!
Julie
Tillamook extra sharp cheddar!
Rebecca
How do I choose? I love so many. Okay, here’s one that I adore this time of year: Harbison from Jasper Hill. Love those notebooks
Denise
All about bleu! These are adorable!
Miche
I’m really in Gruyere right now! But white cheddar is always a win.
Elizabeth
Hmm. That is definitely hard since I do feel cheese should be a vegetable and I’d be o-so-much healthier….triple creme brie would be my favorite. Mmmmmm
Lori Fredrich (@Burp_Blog)
Oh, gosh. That’s such a tough one.
Being from Wisconsin, I have at LEAST 10.
But, I’m going to put myself out on a ledge and say it’s the Crave Brothers Truffled Petit Frere… just released in November. YUM.
jacquie
a nice aged cheddar.
